Governor Little recently announced that Idaho will devote $300 million of its $1.25 billion in federal coronavirus aid to a new program to provide grants of up to $10,000 to small businesses in Idaho impacted by the pandemic.

Little said details on the new “Idaho Rebound Grants” program will be announced shortly. Businesses will be eligible if they haven’t already received an SBA-backed Paycheck Protection Program loan or if they received less than $10,000 under that program.

The criteria and process to apply will be made available at rebound.idaho.gov at 9 a.m. May 5. Applications will be accepted starting May 11. The Idaho State Tax Commission will facilitate the applications.

To apply, you will need to create a Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) account if you do not already have one. You are encouraged to create a TAP account as soon as possible, well in advance of the application period opening on May 11.

New sealcoating and striping is to be completed by June 16, 2013. This will complete our maintenance and improvements to this newly-acquired property.

We are happy to announce the completion of new sealcoating, striping, and replacement of the broken parking stops at Emerald Square. Combined with the new exterior painting, extensive landscaping improvements, and new signage completed in the past two years, this office complex now looks refreshed and updated.

We completed our landscaping updates and improvements to Cherry Lane Plaza. Fresh bark was installed in all planter beds, with the addition of bender board to keep grassy areas separate from planter areas. Also, the basalt rocks in one planter area were removed and replaced with bark and new plants. All plants were trimmed and weeds removed.

The garbage area has been cleaned and will be regularly checked and cleaned. We hope you enjoy the new look and improved landscaping.
