This handbook is designed to answer some of your questions and to provide essential information before and after you move in.

Intermountain Gas Company
Call 208-377-6840. They are available to take your calls from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m, Monday through Friday.
2. Services & Information
High-Speed Internet
Next to your electrical panel are two Ethernet ports. You can plug your computer and/or router into either port. There is no password on our network. If you have trouble connecting your computer, call or text John Longstreet at 208-870-6084 or email Long1261@gmail.com.
Trash
Two dumpsters are located on the east side of the property. No hazardous waste is allowed and dumpsters are for tenant use only.
Water
Your water shutoff valve is located either in your restroom or above your restroom. It may be behind your mirror.
Mailboxes
Your mailbox is located in front of your building. The mailbox numbers correspond to the last 2 digits of your unit number (unit 101 is #1, unit 112 is #12, for instance). You will be given a key to your mailbox. If you receive a large item that will not fit in your mailbox, a key will be put in your mailbox, which will open one of the larger mailboxes. Once you open this larger mailbox, the key stays in the lock.
Keys
You will receive a key to your space and a mailbox key. If you re-key your space lock, you will need to provide us with 2 additional copies–one for us and one for the Garden City Fire Marshall. The Fire Marshall inspects the fire lock boxes on a random basis. If your key does NOT work, you will be fined by Garden City. If you lose your space or mailbox key, let us know and we can make copies for $50 each.
